EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE  REQUIRED:

  • Skills, Experience & Qualification
  • Proven success in supporting full recruitment cycle globally.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Should be able to independently work on global positions.
  • Ability to Influence leaders on recruiting strategies.
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • 10 years of overall recruiting experience with international hiring.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Equivalent Degree.
