We are looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager – Finance. An ideal candidate would have an in-depth knowledge of accounting, financials, consolidation with international exposure. In addition, we are looking for an individual who is highly skilled and is open to working as an Individual contributor role.

The key responsibilities in this role are as given below.

  • Manage/control on AP/AR functions.
  • Working knowledge of Month-end closure, finalization/consolidation of accounts.
  • Expert in Management reports/Budget & Forecast/Financial Model and should have analytics skills.
  • Experience handling Statutory Audit (India & Global), Tax Audit & due diligence independently.
  • Working knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, and AASB.
  • Working knowledge of handling ESOP and Fund based accounting.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Form 16/16A, Income Tax return.
  • Knowledge of implementing Transfer pricing and related working papers.



  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Qualified CA with 3-4 years of experience in Service Industry preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and sense of judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  • Must be willing to support global timings if required.
